Yes, BUT - all but one of the states that had gay marriage bans on the ballot PASSED their bans. You can thank the geniuses in Arizona for not making it unanimous.
Ahhhh the American People screamed for change and they have technically voted it in. The Dems have 2 years to screw the pooch. This is akin to giving someone a little more rope to hang themselves with. :)
When the people see that the Dems aren't getting anything more accomplished any quicker than the Repubs, it'll turn right back around. Such is the nature of a fickle audience.
I favor dems on a local level, but prefer repubs on a federal level.
I take great offense of the term "tard" for two reasons, one being I am an advocate for two men with mental retardation and secondly, they don't deserve to be grouped with the dems.
